Follow Below Steps To Change 

Step 01 - Go to Blogger Select What website or blogger that you need to change Footer Credit which is in other name to your name or your blog name .

Step 02 - In top Left you can see Slidebar. Click that Slide bar and Select Theme .

Step 03 - Then select Edit HTML in the option which you will see. Then you will see all HTML codings of your blog or website

Step 04 - Search container in the codings like shown in below picture

Step 05 - Then Paste the code below the container row in coding 

And Edit your name and blog URL in the coding
